By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours (1 to 3 business days) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting on the next business day.
In case of stock shortages or preparation issues, the customer will be notified via the email address provided during checkout.
2. Shipping Methods, Areas and Delivery Times
We currently ship to the United States.
Available shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (Free for United States): 7–12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external causes such as logistics operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, high seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond the control of Stavor Progetto
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed and calculated at checkout before completing the purchase, depending on destination, weight/volume, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available on all orders within the United States.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment.
If you do not receive the confirmation email after the maximum processing period has passed, please contact us at stavorprogetto@gmail.com.
5. Deliveries and Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempt, reshipment may require payment of additional shipping costs.
Address changes are allowed only as long as the order has not yet been processed or dispatched by our supplier. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping company, no changes can be made.

6. International Shipping and Customs
Orders shipped outside the country of origin may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Stavor Progetto.
Customs procedures may also cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times.
7. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages
If you experience an unusual delay or your tracking information does not update within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can request an investigation with the carrier.
Customers must contact us via email at stavorprogetto@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
To process a claim, the customer must provide:
Order number
Tracking number
Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and its packaging
In the event of a confirmed loss by the shipping carrier, we will manage the claim with the logistics provider and inform you about the next steps.
8. Receipt and Inspection
We recommend inspecting the package externally at the time of delivery.
If you notice visible damage or signs of tampering, please note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and document the issue with photographs of the package and shipping label.

9. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Order cancellations are allowed only within 6 hours of purchase.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched by our supplier, it can no longer be canceled.
If the order has already been handed over to the shipping carrier, the customer must wait for delivery and follow the procedure described in the Refund Policy.
10. Modifications to This Policy
